week 1
Getting Clear on Your Goals
When it comes to change, it's important to get clear on your goals. Together we will go through a series of questions where I get to know you more and understand where you want to take your health journey. We will also get clear on your why, which will be the fuel to motivate and inspire you throughout this journey.
week 2
Nutrition Foundations
With all the information out there about "how to eat," nutrition can be overwhelming. In Nutrition Foundations the information is digestible in a way that that makes sense to your lifestyle, your needs, and your goals. Learn about what is actually "healthy," what foods to avoid and how to make those swaps in your own kitchen!
week 3
Shifting Old Patterns
If you want to see change, you have to take action and believe in it. You have to move different if you want different. You need to move in new ways if you want new results. The first step to change is believing in the change you are going after. Mindset is half the battle; as we identify existing negative thought patterns and habits, we can start to replace them with positive ones which will inspire your journey towards health and vitality.
week 4
Forming Habits & Affirmations
It takes an average of 66 days to build a habit. Throughout this time where you are working to build new, positive habits for your health, it is crucial to acknowledge yourself during the process. We will be going over how to solidify your new habits, how to troubleshoot any roadblocks you face along the way, and how to affirm yourself daily for your efforts.

Food is Fuel, Water is Life
We have all heard the saying food is fuel: but what does that really mean? Here we break down the importance of nutrition as energy for the body and mind. We also go over the importance of adequately hydrating the body and what happens when you live in a state of chronic dehydration. (75% of adult americans live chronically dehydrated!)
week 6
Integration Week
During integration week we will be checking in on your progress, how you are feeling, and what areas of your health journey that need more attention. This is an opportunity for us to take time to focus on topics that you feel you need more support in. It is also an opportunity for us to revisit any of the prior week's programming to go more in depth. We will also be celebrating your 6 weeks into the weight loss program!

Stress is a huge factor to weight struggles. The truth is that stress creates a negative domino effect in all areas of the body and our health. In this week we will pin point stressors in your life that could be causing adverse effects in your overall health and wellness. We will also get into the workings of the nervous system and how you can bio hack the body to mitigate stress and anxiety.
week 8
More Movement, More Motivation
Movement is so important for the body's processes to work effectively. Building muscle is crucial in the journey to weight loss, as muscle stimulates fat loss in the body. This week we will get inspired by different types of movement and see what kind of movement works well for you in your routine. Movement should be fun and exciting-- not feel like a drag. When you shift your perspective and view movement as something fun and beneficial for you, you stay motivated to keep moving.
week 9
Releasing Blocks & Putting Yourself First
Often times in life we don't realize that we put a lot more effort into the way we show up for others and our work than we do for ourselves. This week we will move through any blocks you have about yourself, your journey and how you show up in the world. We will also get clear on how putting yourself first is a radical act of self-love and acceptance; which is needed for this transformative journey.
week 10
Being in the present moment is a practice that many people are unfamiliar with. It is said when you live in the past it triggers depression and when you live in the future it causes anxiety. Living in the NOW is the avenue to feel true peace of mind. In a world where our attention is constantly being pulled in so many directions, it's important to check in and remember to be present. This week we will go through mindfulness techniques to support you in being more consistent with your presence in your mind and body.
